These revelations have surfaced at a tumultuous juncture for the Virginia-based company, mere weeks after CEO Dave Calhoun and other top executives disclosed their imminent departures in the wake of a series of damaging safety-related incidents associated with Boeing aircraft. Salehpour, a longstanding employee of Boeing, raised concerns to the FAA about potential shortcuts in the construction process leading to critical fuselage components being inadequately fastened together, which could pose risks of detachment after prolonged use.
