The beginning of the holiday shopping season is now strongly associated with Oprah Winfrey, who has officially announced its commencement. Oprah Winfrey, renowned as a media mogul, has unveiled the 2024 edition of her Favorite Things list. This year’s compilation comprises 116 items, an increase from 2023’s 112 items. Most of the selected products are sourced from small businesses or those owned by women and minorities.

Winfrey expressed that one of her favorite aspects of this season is the willingness to spread goodwill. She emphasized that every gift is an opportunity to convey appreciation and gratitude to loved ones.

This year, the list features 12 brands making their debut appearance. As in previous years, Winfrey collaborates with Amazon to establish a dedicated storefront for purchasing these items. The prices range widely, from $12 for Soap Sox, animal-shaped bath scrubbers for children, to $1,800 for a De’Longhi Eletta Explore espresso machine.

While the entire list is extensive, several notable items include the following:

  • Popsmith The Popper: Priced at $199, this stovetop device aims to minimize burnt popcorn kernels, offering a premium alternative to similar products like the Whirly Pop.

  • Feathersnap Smart Bird Feeder: At $180, this bird feeder provides HD photos and videos of visiting birds, sent directly to the user’s phone.

  • Bonilla a la Vista Potato Chips: Imported from Spain and fried in olive oil, these chips are available for $55. Oprah notes her expertise in potato chips in her endorsement.

  • GymWrap The Pony 2.0: Designed by actress Nicole Ari Parker, this baseball cap, priced affordably, features a top hole to accommodate long ponytails.

Additionally, there will be a significant event, the Fortune Global Forum, occurring on November 11 and 12 in New York City. This forum will feature influential leaders, including Fortune 500 CEOs, former Cabinet members, global ambassadors, and the renowned world champion Tom Brady, among others. The comprehensive agenda for the event and information about participation can be obtained through Fortune’s official channels.
