New York has presented challenges for Aaron Rodgers. The former legendary quarterback for the Green Bay Packers missed the previous season due to an injury and has not met expectations for fans during the 2024 season. While the New York Jets are not mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, reaching the postseason would require a significant turnaround.

In contrast, the Houston Texans are leading their division with a 6-2 record, whereas the Jets hold a 2-6 record. The Texans aim to widen the gap in their standings against the Indianapolis Colts. The looming question is whether Rodgers and the Jets can find the drive needed to stop the Texans or if they will continue to suffer the misfortunes that have plagued them throughout the season.
