Three individuals are currently receiving medical treatment after a dramatic incident in Attleboro, Massachusetts, where a SUV crashed into a cannabis dispensary located on Frank Mossberg Drive. The crash, which occurred around 1:30 p.m. on a Thursday, resulted in significant damage to the building as the vehicle plowed through its southwest corner and ended up inside the retail space of the dispensary. Among the injured parties is a 34-year-old employee of Zahara Cannabis, who sustained injuries to his forearm, ankle, and potentially a concussion from being struck by the SUV, leading to his transportation to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.
In addition to the employee, another person present at the dispensary during the crash, a 42-year-old woman, suffered painful lacerations to her head and lower back, as well as knee discomfort that necessitated her transfer to Sturdy Memorial Hospital. The driver of the SUV, a 62-year-old woman, also sustained minor injuries and was taken to the same hospital for evaluation by medical personnel from the Attleboro Fire Department Emergency Medical Services.
