The federal agent who stopped Tinsley noticed him walking outside the vehicle screening perimeter of the convention wearing a ski mask and black gloves, carrying a heavy backpack. During a search of his backpack, the agent found the AK-47 pistol, a fully loaded magazine, a “Scream” movie mask, black gloves, spray paint, and other items.
