Former President Donald Trump expressed to the Secret Service that he believes additional resources are necessary, according to a campaign adviser on Tuesday. Tim Murtaugh conveyed this during an interview with Blake Burman on NewsNation’s “The Hill.” Murtaugh emphasized that the former president holds the efforts, risks, and sacrifices of his personal security detail in high regard, stating, “The president always makes clear that he very much values the work and the risks and the sacrifice of his personal detail.”
