Netflix is exploring opportunities to enhance its live programming by potentially incorporating the show “Hot Ones” into its lineup. Reports from Bloomberg and Variety indicate that Netflix is in discussions with BuzzFeed to stream live versions of the popular YouTube series. “Hot Ones,” hosted by Sean Evans, features celebrities eating spicy chicken wings while being interviewed. According to Bloomberg, Netflix and BuzzFeed aim to finalize an agreement by the end of this month.
Both Netflix and BuzzFeed have chosen not to comment on the matter at this time.
