An early Amazon Prime Day offer provides a $40 discount on the Ninja Creami Deluxe ice cream maker. This 11-in-1 kitchen accessory, considered one of the preferred kitchen gadgets by many, is available for $210, down from its regular price of $250.
The Ninja Creami Deluxe is developed based on a patented innovation that was previously exclusive to the restaurant industry. After the patent expired, Ninja adapted the design into an affordable consumer product, resulting in a device that facilitates making ice cream at home quickly and effortlessly.
Instead of the traditional churning method, the Ninja Creami employs a drill-like tool to mix a frozen liquid base into a delicious dessert. Although the machine is quite loud during operation, it is still quieter than most countertop blenders and only remains noisy for a few minutes.
When reviewing the standard model of the Creami, Engadget’s Sam Rutherford highlighted that the resulting ice cream is the best feature. The device produces desserts with intense flavors and smooth textures. The Deluxe version additionally offers features for making smoothies and Frappuccino-style coffee drinks.
The spinning method used by the Ninja Creami, as opposed to churning, results in less air in the finished product. This technique increases flavor intensity and gives a denser, more luxurious texture, closer to a frozen custard than traditional ice cream.
The Ninja Creami Deluxe is currently available on Amazon for $210.
