According to rumors, the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will have larger displays, measuring 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively. This change will also include taller aspect ratios. Additionally, there is speculation about the inclusion of a “Capture Button” on these models, although its exact purpose is still unknown. The devices are also expected to feature a 48-megapixel Ultra Wide camera lens for higher-resolution photos and support for Wi-Fi 7, which will offer faster Wi-Fi speeds and more reliable connectivity. The A18 Pro chip, manufactured with TSMC’s second-generation 3nm process, is expected to power the devices. There will also be improvements in 5G connectivity, with the inclusion of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X75 modem. Lastly, the iPhone 16 Pro will feature a 5x optical zoom, similar to the current iPhone 15 Pro Max model.

As for other news, iOS 17.1, which is currently in beta, is set to be released later this month with new features related to Apple Music, AirDrop, and the Lock Screen. Apple has also released new firmware for the AirPods Pro 2, although the details of its features remain unclear. T-Mobile is automatically upgrading customers to more expensive plans, but users have the option to opt-out of this migration. A camera comparison between the iPhone 15 Pro Max and Pixel 8 Pro reveals some notable differences. Finally, Apple’s next-generation iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are expected to support “5G Advanced” with Qualcomm’s latest cellular modem.

Overall, these updates serve as a glimpse into the future of iPhone technology and highlight various improvements in display, camera, connectivity, and performance.
